判断新生儿正常的标准

母亲生下孩子后，最急切的是想知道孩子是否健康正常。那么，新生儿怎样才算正常呢...

　　母亲生下孩子后，最急切的是想知道孩子是否健康正常。那么，新生儿怎样才算正常呢？其标准如下：

　　(1)呼吸：新生儿降生之后，先啼哭数声，随即开始肺呼吸，生后头两周(安静时)每分钟呼吸为40～50次，超过60次则为异常。

　　(2)脉搏：新生儿脉搏较快，安静时每分钟为120～140次，如超过160次则为异常。

　　(3)体温：新生儿正常体温为36～37.5℃，低于35.5℃或高于37.5℃者为异常。

　　(4)体重：正常新生儿体重为3000～4000克，如低于2500克，则应按不成熟儿护理。　

　(5)大便：出生1～2天，婴儿大便呈墨绿色，粘稠无味，称为胎粪。喂奶后，大便逐渐转为黄色或金黄(母乳喂养)或淡黄色(牛奶喂养)。颜色不正常或24小时内不排便者为异常。
